Plivanje je jedini sport u kojem kičmeni stub ne trpi opterećenje tela i zato je veoma važno praktikovati ga. Kao posledica savremenog načina života, manjka kretanja i stresa javljaju se brojni zdravstveni problemi- fizički ali i mentalni.
Jedinstveni programi plivanja za odrasle osmišljeni su da se kandidati, pre svega, oslobode straha od vode i nauče pravilnom izvođenju plivačkih tehnika.
Naučno je dokazano da 2 do 3 treninga nedeljno u znatnoj meri doprinose jačanju imuniteta, poboljšanju rada kardiovaskularnog i lokomotornog sistema i celokupnom zdravstvenom stanju čoveka.
